Cascade Floors Inc. was founded in 1971 by Gene Eby. As the company grew and prospered Cascade Floors took on Mike Klein in the early 80’s as a salesman/installer and the company continued to grow. One major point of Cascade’s continued success was our hand shake mentality and always putting the customers first.

We strive at Cascade Floors inc. to make sure we SERVE the customer and their needs. Our company has evolved into a Family run business; we have 5 family members working in our daily operations now.

In true Boneyard fashion we pretty much do our own work …until we could afford the floors Chris was selling. Brewery floors seem to be off that list of skills we have in house. As we all know once a 200 BBL FV is placed who wants to move it to fix the surface. So… you got to do what you got to do.  Go with Cascade floors

The relationship with Cascade Floors started back in 2011. I call it a relationship because once the floor is done you are not forgotten about, the commitment to their product is second to none. I picked Cascade floors because I wanted a floor that was durable and last forever. We have spilled pure chemicals, dropped 100 BBL tanks, on top of years of brewing and packaging abuse with no real damage to the floors. Because of their high quality floor we have used them through multiple brewery expansions and pub openings.

“Breweries are hard on floors and Cascade Floors stand the test of time. Any areas of extreme use that have seen lots of temperature and chemical where the flooring has been compromised, Cascade Floors has honored the warranty and installed a heavy-duty coating to hold up to future use.”

Cascade floors has been a valuable partner to Deschutes Brewery for longer than the nine years that I have been a project engineer here. They are willing to come out and estimate jobs and help problem solve with very little notice, scheduling has always been easy for me as they accommodate our busy production schedule, and the flooring teams have solid leadership, show up on time, and almost always complete jobs slightly ahead of schedule.

THE SLOT DRAIN® BREWERY DRAIN SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO MEET ALL THE DRAINAGE REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR BREWERY

Meeting requirements for drain systems can be difficult. In older facilities, trench drains and four-sloped floors were the standards in drainage. Today Slot Drain is changing surface drainage by providing the first pre-sloped, prefabricated drain system. Slot Drain is designed to handle harsh temperatures and chemicals without corroding, and can help manage your humidity levels, while reducing bacteria and saving you cleaning time and effort.
